Koru Ārahi | Leadership Koru

 

Our akoranga [learning] framework is the Koru Ārahi [Leadership Koru]. It describes how we should all try to show up at mahi [work] and gives a common vision of what great leadership looks like in our organisation by outlining the key behaviours of leadership.

You can use the Leadership Koru to guide your development and find resources just for you. Start by identifying which behaviours you want to develop in yourself. You can do this by taking this anonymous self-assessment. Once you’ve completed your assessment, you’ll know which behaviours to focus developing.
